TRAIL UPDATE 2017- No longer finishing at Brandywine Falls Provicial Park. The race finish line is now at Cal-cheak campground.

Join the third annual Rotary Brandywine Boogie Trail Run - A beautiful 11.5km trail run from Cheakamus to Cal-Cheak Campground on the Sea To Sky trail. The race is point to point, mainly on level gravel tracks with some single track and mainly downhill. You will cross two bridges, run through diverse landscapes and generally be blown away by the natural beauty. Proceeds from the event help support Rotary sponsored local community projects.

Finish Location: Cal-Cheak Campground

Brandywine Boogie race day schedule

Date: September 23, 2017
Start time: 9.00am
Start location: Bayly Park, Legacy Way, Cheakamus Crossing, whistler, BC
Just after HI Whistler Hostel, turn right into parking lot
Distance: 10 km

Entry fee: $55

Cut off for finish: No cut off time

Registration and Bib pick up: Friday September 22, 2017. At Helly Hansen, 4295 Blackcomb Way, Whistler -on the Village Stroll.4pm - 6pm. Or at the Start line for those unable to pick up the night before - Bayly Park, Legacy Way, Cheakamus Crossing, Whistler BC. 8.15am – 8.45am (Please Contact us if you are unable to pick up Friday evening)
*On the day registration available.

Finish Line: Cal-cheak Campground, Whistler , BC

Coming From Whistler 15 minutes down Sea to Sky Highway 99: Turn off at Calaghan Valley, u-turn back north towards Whistler, but turn off at the Whistler Bungee on your right. 
From Vancouver/Squamish: Turn right approx. 40 minutes north of Squamish at Whistler Bungee sign.
Finish line is approx 500m down the dirt road. Park at designated Brandywine Boogie Parking and walk to finish line at Suspension Bridge.
Point to point Trail run –please let us know if transport back to start line is needed.
Gear drop at start and transport to finish line available.

Aid Stations
1 aid station at finish line

First aid and Trail Marshalls will be present throughout the race

Public toilets located at start and finish line (finish line pit toilets)

Gear bag, T-shirt pick up at Helly Hansen on Friday September 22.
Prize draw located at the finish line.
Awards: immediately after the event at the finish line

 Directions to start line

Function Junction and Cheakamus Crossing traffic lights on Highway 99, turn into cheakamus Crossing on Cheakamus lake Road. Follow Road through Cheakamus Crossing and turn righ into Bayly Park Car park just after HI Whistler Hostel.

 
Finish Line

Highway 99 south bound, 15 minutes drive from Whistler. Turn off at Calaghan Valley, u-turn back north towards Whistler, but turn off at the Whistler Bungee/ Cal-Cheak campground on your right.
